The National Association of Home Builders’ 50+ Housing Council has announced that Palisades at Broadmoor Park is a finalist in the 2012 Best of 50+ Housing Awards competition for the following categories:
Best Integration of Technology
Best Fitness & Wellness Program
Award recipients were selected by a jury panel comprised of sixteen industry experts who specialize in the areas of active adult, service-enriched and marketing for the 50+ housing industry. The jury spent one full week evaluating close to 175 entries and had a very hard job of deciding which projects should receive recognition.
They will receive either a Gold or Silver award for both entries. Awards will be presented at the Best of 50+ Housing Awards ceremony at the International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Florida on Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 3:00- 4:30 pm. in room 414W.
